Fully flexible aged care home packages

At Fitcare Health we’re committed to providing you with the ideal home care package for

your particular circumstances. You may prefer your treatments to be in the comfort of

your own home, or at a gym or pool of your choice. Alternatively, we have 2

advanced clinics located across Sydney for your convenience.

No matter where you are in your home care journey – including bringing across your

existing package from another provider – one of our highly experienced, friendly

assessors can visit you at home to ascertain your unique needs and preferences.

For example, whether you wish to manage your own package, rather than leaving it

to one of our coordinators. Or perhaps you have a preference for a male or female

practitioner. At Fitcare Health we’re all about client choice. We also do our utmost to send

you your regular therapist for each treatment session.

Naturally our advisor will help you with any questions you may have, and suggest

your best way forward through the complexities of the home care package program.

We’ll then provide you with a no-obligation home care package assessment,

What are your hours?

In keeping with our client-centred approach, we’re open 6 days a week:
Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm, extended to 8am – 6.20pm for a 7pm finish on some weekdays
Sat, 9am – 1pm
